# Create MemberCareAlert Creates a new MemberCareAlert Endpoint: POST /subscribers/{subscriberID}/members/{memberSeq}/care-alerts Version: v1 Security: apiKeyAuth, bearerAuth ## Header parameters: - `vbasoftware-database` (string, required) Target database ## Path parameters: - `subscriberID` (string, required) Subscriber ID - `memberSeq` (string, required) Member Seq ## Request fields (application/json): - `memberCareAlert_Key` (integer, required) Unique identifier for each Member Care Alert record. Note: This field is marked as NOT NULL in the database and therefore required by the API. - `alert_Details` (string,null) A description area used to provide more detail about the care alert. - `care_Alert_Status` (string,null) Status of the care alert that will be sent to the Member based upon the alert criteria. The status can be set to either 'Due Soon', 'Past Due', or 'Completed'. - `diagnostic_Code` (string,null) Diagnostic code tied to the care alert. - `entry_Date` (string) Date when the record was first added to the system. - `entry_User` (string,null) User that first added the record to the system. - `frequency` (integer,null) Identifies the frequency of the care alert by specifying the number of the associated frequency type that should be used. - `frequency_Type` (string,null) Identifies the frequency at which the care alerts should be sent.
