This guide walks through creating an authorization and attaching the clinical details needed for review, including procedure and diagnostic codes.

## 1️⃣ Create the Authorization

Start by creating the base authorization record with the core information (member, dates, provider, etc.).

After creating the authorization, attach the clinical codes that define what is being requested.
